DreamNite mattresses come with a 5, 10, or 15-year limited warranty, depending on the model.
- Sagging or body impressions beyond 3–4 cm
- Broken or loose springs
- Faulty stitching or structural defects in the mattress core
- Normal body impressions (less than 3 cm)
- Comfort preferences (too firm/soft)
- Stains, burns, liquid damage, or misuse
- Mattresses used on improper or unsupported bedframes
- Products in unsanitary condition
The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and applies exclusively within Malaysia. Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required for all claims.
To activate your e-Warranty, register online within 15 days of purchase. Keep your invoice or receipt as proof of purchase.
- Contact DreamNite Customer Service with your warranty number, invoice, and product photos
- An inspection may be arranged (inspection fees may apply)
- If covered, the mattress will be repaired or replaced. Transportation costs are borne by the customer
- Year 1: Repair or replacement is free of charge (transportation excluded)
- From Year 2 onwards: Repairs/replacements are on a prorated basis, plus transportation costs
- Always use a supportive bedframe with center support for queen/king sizes
- Use a mattress protector to avoid stains and moisture damage
- Rotate your mattress regularly for even wear
- Avoid bending, jumping, or folding the mattress
